A mobile sauna allows you to reap the therapeutic benefits of cold plunging and sauna bathing by alternating between the dry heat of a sauna and the brisk cold of jumping into a nearby river or lake. The therapeutic benefits of hot-cold therapy include improved circulation, better mental health, and more restful sleep.

Sauna bathing is a tradition with roots spanning across cultures and centuries — from Turkish baths and Indigenous American lodges to Slavic banyas. Saunas are a regular part of Finnish culture, with two million saunas available to its population of five million people! 

We offer 24-hour rentals for $400/day or 3-day weekend rentals for $1,000 total.

Our weekend rental period starts on Friday and lasts through Monday at noon, giving you a full weekend of sauna time to enjoy with your community.

But saunas provide much more than a relaxing experience. Unlike spas, saunas have proven wellness- and community-enriching benefits. They’re also more cost-effective than booking individual spa experiences for four to six people.

A typical heated, wood-filled sauna stays between 100°F to 200°F, but you can change the temperature and humidity to your liking.

For instance, you can add humidity by pouring water on heated rocks inside your sauna. Unlike a steam room, traditional sauna bathing typically uses dry heat with less than 20% humidity.
